We have snow;

heavy snow.
The snow
that breaks branches
and attacks
hearts.
Serious,
blowing snow that
laughs
at your
crocuses
and tulips
Snow
that shakes its head
at our verses
of spring
and
flowers and colors and rebirth
Snow
that reminds us
before
any birth
labor
pains can last a very, very long time.
